At BuyDice, every set we craft is one-of-a-kind—just like the adventurers who roll them. Because of the unique and limited nature of our dice, we handle returns a little differently than mass-market shops.
Our Policy
We want you to love your dice. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
- All sales are final once a set is sold, as each product is handmade and cannot be replicated.
- That said, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that means a refund, store credit, or a replacement (if available).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us first before sending anything back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

- Photos, if applicable
